Dear Members and Friends, On behalf of the Executive Committee of the Anglo-Argentine Society, I would like to pass on our deepest thanks to everyone who came along and supported our Gala Dinner! It was such a special night, full of great company, laughter, and generosity.

🎶 Call for Musicians – Join the Anglo-Argentine Society Music Group!
(For the AAS Members Only)

Do you play an instrument or sing, and have at least Grade 5 level ability? Would you enjoy rehearsing and performing in a friendly group, exploring Argentine and other music together?

The Anglo-Argentine Society is forming a new music group, aiming to bring together musicians who share a love of music and cultural exchange. Our initial goal is to rehearse regularly and prepare for a community concert at the end of the year.

We’ll focus on Argentine music—including folk styles like chacarerazambamilonga campera, and chamamé—but our repertoire may also include British and Latin American pieces.

Who can join?

  • Instrumentalists and vocalists (Grade 5+ or equivalent ability)
  • People keen to rehearse and perform
  • Members of the Anglo-Argentine Society

If you are interested, please email info@angloargentinesociety.co.uk to register your interest.
